1. Custom Tailoring and Bespoke Orders
Many of our garments are made-to-order based on individual measurements.
- Measurement Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing accurate sizing profile metrics. We supply guided video instructions for support. Any adjustments required due to incorrect metrics provided by the user may incur extra charges.
- Handmade Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of luxury embroidery, hand-loom weaving, and manual dyeing, slight variations in color tone, thread luster, or motif placements are natural markers of authenticity and do not qualify as defects.
2. Pricing and Payments
All pricing listed on the website is in Indian Rupees (INR) or displayed in equivalent local currency. Tax and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Full payment must be authorized and processed before our designers start the tailoring process.
3. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including design sketches, product photographs, branding, logo designs, textiles, and embroidery layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vivaah Surat. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vivaah Surat is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by shipping carrier issues, customs delays for international orders, or act of God occurrences. We coordinate with shipping partners to resolve transit delays immediately.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your purchases or use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
