Refund & Return Policy

Since our inception, Vivaah Surat has been committed to providing premium bridal and wedding wear. Due to the high-value, bespoke nature of custom bridal wear and tailored outfits, we operate under a specific return and refund structure.
1. Custom Tailored Outfits
Any bridal lehenga, custom-sized saree, royal sherwani, or bespoke gown that has been crafted to your personal measurement specifications:
- Non-Returnable: These items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Fitting Adjustments: If your garment requires minor modifications upon arrival, we offer one round of free alteration adjustments. You must report your fit requirements within 7 days of delivery and arrange for shipping back to our Surat workshop.
2. Ready-to-Ship Standard Items
For standard-sized accessories, jewelry, or off-the-rack garments that do not involve custom tailoring:
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all luxury tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or containing a manufacturing defect (unrelated to natural textile irregularities):
Please email us at info@vivaahsurat.com within 48 hours of delivery with high-resolution photos and details. We will assess the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement or store credit.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment. Once our designers have procured fabric or began the cutting phase (typically after 24 hours), we cannot cancel your order or issue refunds.
